A Prayer for the Week Ahead

Heavenly Father,

We come before You at the threshold of a new week — not in our own strength, but hidden in the name of Jesus, covered by His blood, and held by Your unfailing love.

Lord, go before us. Order our steps. Where the path is uncertain, be our light. Where the enemy would sow confusion, be our clarity. Where weariness threatens to take root, renew our strength as only You can.

Guard our hearts and minds this week. Help us to keep Your Word close — not just as knowledge, but as life. Let Your commandments be a lamp to our feet and a delight to our souls. May every decision we make, every word we speak, and every action we take bring honor to Your name.

For those carrying heavy burdens right now — heal, restore, and remind them that You are near to the brokenhearted. For those standing on the front lines of spiritual warfare — strengthen their grip, sharpen their discernment, and remind them that the battle belongs to You.

We surrender this week into Your hands. Have Your way in us, Lord. Let Your Kingdom come and Your will be done — in our homes, in our work, and in the quiet moments in between.

To You alone be all the glory.Amen.
